La Perra Blanco on Hot 45 · What the hell is this? We witnessed it closely but couldn´t believe it. A tiny 24 year old thunderbolt running over the stage almost completely hidden behind her massive guitar stealing the show of numerous veteran musicians, raising the audience up in the air, howling and growling, outrageous and funny transmitting happiness to an overcrowded venue. Alba Blanco wants to kick butts but is far away from being just an ordinary copy of vintage music style. She´s got a strong character without any complexes. She learned from the big ones. This young lady from Cadiz knows very well how to do the fuzz of Poison Ivy as well as the crystal clear sound of Cliff Gallup. She is entertaining as Crazy Cavan and rocks like Brian Setzer being sexy as Patsy Cline. Her sound is fresh and brings on so much fury to guarantee herself it´s place in a men´s dominated genre. She plays her instrument happy and self-confident having by her side her loyal squire Guillermo González who plays his slap bass with outstanding perfect effectiveness. A guy who knows to do his job.

Diego Cruz: voice, drums, guitar and composer of some of the most threatening boppers danced in the best festivals and the worst rockeries on the planet was the perfect choice. The guy with the blackest voice in Almeria, between the rawness of Little Richard and the delicate and enveloping style of Sam Cooke. A veteran of the scene that has blown Rhythm'n'blues, Rockabilly, Western Swing and Early Soul with Sun Rockets since 2006 to fall into our machiavellian hands. After submitting to months of pressure and deprivation we have finally pulled the most suggestive Latin-rockers and panting blues boppers with which to leave you exhausted. For this we have surrounded Mr. Cruz with a sharp combo of well-known musicians from the scene. The perfect gunpowder. He has sweated blood ... you only have to enjoy it.
Marcos Sendarrubias on Hot 45 · I had already listened to him way before I met him in person. The rage, the attitude, the respect, the emotion you could breath through those tracks... you couldn't help to notice that ironic smile. After managing "The Nitemares", "Moon River" trio and "The Del Prince", for longer than twenty years, this streetwise rocker with many scars, isn’t broken by anything. He is able to attack with the same attitude a raw rockabilly, a delicate honky- tonk or a party bopper. It was a long held dream to have him on this piece of music. We have given free rein to his short temper, to that recognizable voice and everything else about this old dog’s tricks of the trade to scatter sparks out of his compositions. We have blown fuses, blasphemed like sailors and warmed up the voice with Chinchón anisette. This is the result comrades. Fasten your fillings!
